Would not hesitate to recommend Vincent and his team. From start to finish my loft conversion was stress free as the team were so hardworking, pleasant to deal with, reliable and clean. I am delighted with the end result which was completed in a timely fashion. A really excellent team of builders well led by Vincent who is a lovely guy, a real perfectionist and whose attention to detail is second to none.

We have just completed a fairly complex renovation of our flat, which involved taking down both load-bearing and non-load bearing walls, as well as fitting a new kitchen. Our architect recommended Vin-Dec as a builder with the highest standards and an obsessional commitment to quality. We lived out of town so were reliant in leaving Vincent and his team to complete the job. We are thrilled with the outcome and his several ideas as we went along have, proved someone with an eye to detail, practicality and even ensuring a wow factor. His wasn’t the cheapest quote though the differences were small. Would definitely use again (and probably will do!)

Just completed a bathroom project with Vincent and his team, which involved knocking down walls, lots of mess and shoring up an outside wall. They generally do much bigger projects, loft conversions, side extensions etc. Throughout he has been exemplary, his team are nice to have around and they do a great job. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive either. We got a good eye for visuals/design as well as an excellent, detail orientated and conscientious builder. I recommend Vindec highly.

Very good quality work done by VinDec on our house. With 20 years experience in the Industry VinDec really has the knowledge but also the attention to details. Very pleased with the results on the refurbishment of our house and 9 months on, there isn't a single crack we needed to correct. Highly recommend them.
