Our team were Ben, Martin and Connor who have been considerate, incredibly skilled and hard working. Even our neighbours commented on what nice guys they were. Ben was our main contact and kept me updated, followed up on my enquiries and turned up when they said they would. Every trades person Unique used turned up on time, cleaned up after themselves, were professional and very good at their jobs. Unique invoiced exactly as quoted and were a pleasure to work with. Julia Bright5 StarReally pleased with the work Mark, Rob and the team did on my extension. Would definately use them again for any further work. Couldn't fault the quality and professionalism. In constant communication with any decisions needed to be made. The work was completed within 7 months this included a break with the first lockdown of Covid. Project was delivered within the agreed budget. Rob/Mark helped with recommending various finishes such as flooring, splashbacks etc that were out of the extension remit.Sunday 14th February 2021

Michael and Brad (our team) were friendly, dedicated and hardworking. Our neighbours, who had the skip chute cross their garden, also shared how considerate and friendly they were.
Michael kept me in the loop, followed up on my enquiries and gave some really helpful advice in moving airing cupboards and opening up the loft space for more natural light.

Louise Howley5 StarMark and his team completed our hip to gable loft conversion in September. We employed them as Mark was clearly interested in our project and made suggestions which we took on board. The pricing was good and they came in on budget. We had Michael as lead builder and he became part of the family, always on time and kept us up to date on progress with the various trades. Can’t speak highly enough of him. They have done a great job and we would recommend them. The extra space is fantastic and we are delighted with the outcome.Thursday 11th November 2021
