From start to finish Ultimate Build Teams provided us an experience with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. They took our house plan and worked with us to make design changes that improved the functionality and aesthetics of our home with creative solutions. We were engaged throughout the building process by regular communication with Ahsan. He always wanted us to be happy with the finished product and he worked diligently to make that happen. The smallest of details were never overlooked. We appreciated the tradesmen Ultimate Build Teams employs. The quality of their work and attention to detail are outstanding. Being on the job site with them, it was obvious they take pride in their work. During the building process, Ahsan met with us regularly to make sure that we were happy with everything and made adjustments accordingly. For example, during the build, we decided we wanted to have a full length window in the extension. Ahsan made sure that the plans were adjusted immediately so that this could be implemented and still kept us on track. I used ultimate build teams for my loft extension and renovation job. The service I received was highly professional. Ahsan was an honest reliable and very accommodating following a couple of unforeseen situations my end. Stayed eager & polite; arrived on time; worked efficiently and for an agreed reasonable price. The whole team was highly professional and always went an extra mile to Complete each and every job I was so impressed with the speed of work as the whole loft conversion was completed within 5 weeks which was unbelievable for me. They always discussed each and every point with me and provided best advice. Ultimate Team indeed!!!! I consider myself lucky to have come across Ash at Ultimate Build Team. We had a significant renovation project in that we simply removed the 1st floor of our house and the team had to rebuild it. Given that we also lived in the house throughout the project, I can highly recommend them as we found them to be courteous, tidy, speedy and with a high quality of finished work. You hear so many stories of rogue builders, but, in my case they finished the project just before the timeline agreed and at every step I somehow managed to delay them either because we were waiting for further details from Building Control/architect/structural engineers/scaffolding company... If there is a criticism is that Ash is overly polite and given his experience I wish he would have been a bit more forceful when it came to my 'bright cost saving' ideas. I attempted to save some money by picking up some of the project management tasks and ended up a bit more expensive than quoted initially by Ultimate! Just listen to Ash :)

Ahsan from Ultimate Engineers did a fantastic, excellent job to fix the problem of the heating system in my flat. He is so professional, so knowledgeable and very efficient. The service provided is of a very high quality but the rate they charged is so reasonable and economical! I have no hesitation to strongly recommend Ahsan and the Ultimate Engineers Company!
