My Google account is sourced via my church but this is a personal review. An excellent job well carried out. I accepted the quote from Terry Cahill for the important job of converting my garage into a habitable room, needed for the sake of a grandchild with mobility challenges. My apartment is on the first floor. The quote was clear and once the council had passed the plans the work proceeded. Together with his two sons and appointed specialist subcontractors the work continued well. I was kept informed of the progress at every stage and found the clear payments schedule for each evident step of work completed very useful. The habitable room is now ready and complete and I am very pleased with it. The care Terry and his sons showed to make sure the details were right was outstanding.

We engaged Terry Cahill (TSCR Lofts) to undertake the rebuilding of our ground floor extension. This incorporated the basis of a new kitchen area, additional toilet/shower room, and necessitated walls and roof being knocked down and rebuilt. The workers that were used were always punctual, careful and cleaned up well before going home each day. Terry would always visit 2 or 3 times per day to direct and oversee the work. It was always quite easy to discuss plans and alterations with Terry during the work and also easy to work out any compromises and additions that were necessary as work progressed. In addition we were still living in the house when the work was in progress and Terry was careful to ensure that, although normal living was difficult, we could still use the basic kitchen facilities during the work. Would I recommend using Terry Cahill? Yes absolutely. Would I use Terry Cahill again? Yes absolutely.
