Touchstone lofts were recommended as one of our architects (Resi) approved building contractors. We had a very positive experience with Touchestone throughout the project, from initial quote through to snagging. Paul Johal was our main contact throughout. We met with Paul on a number of occasions to run though the contract and make amendments based on our requirements. The itemised and detailed breakdown of works ensured the process was transparent and ensured there were no surprise costs during the project. Work was invoiced each week which was helpful in spreading out the cost into smaller payments. The builder Mantas was very professional and all work was to a very high standard. Our 3 year old son still remembers ‘builder Mantas’ fondly. Communication with Paul and Mantas was primarily via WhatsApp which was always prompt and worked very well for us. We are now enjoying our ‘master loft suite’, which consists of a double bedroom, dressing room and ensuite. I would happily recommend Touchstone for a loft conversion project.

I’m really happy with our loft conversion. From the initial contact right the way through to completion Touchstone were great. I’m very impressed with their workmanship and the team of tradesmen were very professional and polite to us. I would highly recommend Touchstone Lofts if you are considering having a loft conversion.

I have just had my loft conversation finalized and my experience with touchstone loft is very positive. Initially I had an architect design the loft space, but when reaching out to touchstone loft they proposed a different design that doesnt even need a planning permission and added much more space than the original design . Paul was very helpful explaining to me the process and requirements giving regular advice about party wall agreements to ensure we so it right . The team working on the loft conversion were very professional and always helping me understand whats going on and proposing ideas to make the loft better . There is high attention to details and very good quality. I am really satisfied with the outcome and I would recommend touchstone loft to anyone .

I am very pleased with our new loft conversion done by Touchstone - it is exactly what we envisaged (new master bedroom, study and bathroom). From the very beginning Touchstone have been extremely consultative in helping us navigate various options and ideas - from layout to the finishing touches. Paul and his crew were very communicative with project updates and any input needed from us. Because it was well-planned by Touchstone, we got plenty of time to make decisions that didn’t impede on the steady work ticking away. I was impressed with how well the crew worked with the specialists (electricians, plumber) slotting-in perfectly so there were no hold ups. It was nice to have the same crew in each day - continuity in communication and quality, but additionally we built up great rapport with each other. It is very clear that the Touchstone crew take pride in their work and it shows in execution. I would gladly recommend Touchstone for a high quality job and great customer experience.

I’m happy with the quality of the loft extension construction work carried out by Touchstone lofts. In particular the building team assigned to our project by Paul, were excellent. We knew what was being done at every stage of the build from the beginning to the end. Excellent communication and would not hesitate in recommending Touchstone Lofts.
