After speaking to a few others who had worked with The Loft Room and our initial meeting with Paul, we decided to go ahead with our project and were certainly not disappointed with the decision. Our friendly project manager Edi and the team did a fantastic job, working incredibly hard and diligently every day to ensure the project was completed on time and on budget. Edi in particular went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble, even visiting at the weekend when there was a storm early in the project to check the loft opening was still covered and protected. Rich also visited regularly to check everything was progressing to plan and help guide any decisions we needed to make which was appreciated. The various tradespeople they lined up to complete the works towards the end were also excellent and overall we are delighted with the new space and end result. We would not hesitate to recommend The Loft Room (and have already done so!); you'll be in very safe hands.

We shopped around at the beginning as we have worked with our fair share of cowboy trades over the years and were wary of getting burnt again. We went with the loft room on the strength of their reviews, images of the lofts they have completed and their customer service and we were not disappointed. We have been thoroughly impressed with the service, attention to detail, communication and timekeeping of The Loft room throughout our build. Dave our team lead has been fantastic and kept us in the loop throughout. He and Conner have been an absolute pleasure to have in our home the past 8 weeks or so, always friendly, polite and happy to help. They have been great at communicating which has kept us reassured that they are on top of things and helped us to plan around stuff better as well. The workmanship from the whole team has been to a great standard from start to finish and when you look at the final build now I think it’s clear they are thorough and take a lot of care in their builds despite the quick turnaround. We have had great support from the office team, helping us lots in the initial planning stages as well as keeping us in the loop as different parts of the build progressed. I felt confident I didn’t need to really manage too much as they were handling everything and ensuring it was all done correctly. A site visit toward the end from Rich to quality control and spot issues before they were too far through to rectify also helped us to feel that standards were being carefully maintained. We were already recommending them to friends, family, neighbours and acquaintances halfway through the build which I think speaks volumes in the trust the team built with us. We are absolutely thrilled with the new space we have as a result and can’t wait to start enjoying a whole extra floor of our home, thanks to the whole team for a job well done!

Overall very positive experience of having our loft done by the Loft Room. Really attentive and responsive organisation that hold themselves to high professional standards, quality workmanship and real focus on customer service. The team we had on site and Dragos our team lead were great: conscientious and hardworking. Dragos and the back office team made sure we were continually updated on progress and next steps. Dragos did a great job of ensuring we had opportunities to make tweaks and alterations to the original plans, sharing his wealth of experience (with pictures!) from other loft conversion jobs. As we reach the end of the work I realise it's finished pretty much exactly when we were told it would. I would definitely recommend

We chose the loft room to convert our loft space into an extra room and bathroom. We had other quotes that were cheaper and would have started the work earlier, but we liked the vision that they had for our space. When the work started, our team leader, Vio, was on-site daily, working hard, doing the building work, and managing other trades to finish the job. Vio worked so quickly and efficiently that he reduced the build time by a few weeks. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and when there were issues, the way the loft room team dealt with them showed real character. Overall, we recommend the loft room to anyone who wants their loft space converted.

We were totally thrilled with the end-to-end experience with The Loft Room and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Iulian and his team were absolutely brilliant - great attention to detail, fantastic quality of all finishes and really fast and efficient.
