The building constructor are definitely another level of residential builder, so glad to have found them on the brick extension project. Very easy on payments and work fast to complete faster which means less labour and costs, i just wish i had found them long ago before jumping through hoops of un trusted and verified cowboys, Very happy to leave a few good words and would recommend to anyone

trying to upgrade the family home with life savings becomes a very hard decision on who to trust with such large amounts of savings. We saw a friends loft complete by these guys and had a chat with jim, who explained that they worked on a stage payment system meaning that every time a step is complete we only then pay for the stage. Our project was a 2 story extension for our main southgate home and the stages were foundation, shell , pipes and electricals, roof then glazing and then the second story began. That makes it extremely safe for the customer and the investment fund. Overall i would wish that every contractor worked like this and built a trusted system as this team have. As for the work itself , no doubt on high quality and sound structure that passed building regulations first time, every time. Highly recommended for large residential projects

the house just looks completely different and new with the extension application, the building constructor team was very attentive and took charge from start to finish and actually did an excellent job of the extra living space we now have as an addition to the family home. Yesterday we had a small issue with water works and this morning they were round to fix the issue and do whatever it took to keep us happy, very trusted company for Londoners

this is great that school terms start again next week and the house is fully extended for the coming winter, The extra space will really help us organise the children's bedrooms. I'm very happy to have worked with such a professional team that took our contract seriously and did everything on time to high standards, if you do not want cowboys to take your project then i can surely recommend to you The building constructor , these are your extension guys

awesome home extended feature completed within 9 weeks, i remember the last time we took such a venture it took around 5 months so i was ver impressed when i was told 3 months and it only took alittle over 2, will recommend highly to anyone that wants quality loft or extension builders touching there homes
