Tailored Lofts and Donatas were fantastic and did a superb job of our kitchen project. This required demolition, steel beam insertions, kitchen fitting, plastering. plumbing and installation of a new shower room, a new boiler and radiator installation, electrics and a final paint/finishing. We were extremely pleased with the finish and craftsmanship. All managed effectively by Donatas to time. Donatas was very accommodating when we slightly changed the kitchen plan. I would highly recommend Tailored Lofts. I’m very pleased they are back as I was hoping to go back to them for a future loft conversion!

Tailored Lofts carried out a loft conversion for our Victorian terraced house in East London. Donatas and his team were professional, efficient and flexible from day 1. It was a tricky project and we stayed living in the house with our young children whilst the work was carried out. The team were courteous and tidy and minimised disruption to our daily lives. Donatas was accommodating and fair when it came to requests we made for optimising the design during construction and we were very pleased with the finish. It was also within the budget and timescale we agreed. Donatas was particularly skilled at project managing and ensuring the right people came to site at the right time to maintain momentum and progress on the project.

Really pleased with Donatas and his guys. They worked hard, delivered what we wanted on time and kept to the same budget as quoted. We did a dormer loft and a sorting out of the whole house in Leytonstone. Donatas was always a pleasure to deal with, and we were able to sort out any minor issues when they arose.

We were extremely impressed when we first met with Donatas from Tailored Lofts to discuss our plans for a loft (double dormer) and side-return kitchen extension. Obtaining numerous quotes from builders was a daunting experience and the variance in cost simply shocking. Donatas has exceptional attention to detail, is approachable and extremely honest. He carefully reviewed our architect drawings and plans and invested considerable time with us to answer all our questions and address any concerns. Having never undertaken a project of this nature before, we felt quite daunted by the prospect. Donatas took time and care in helping us to navigate the process (building regulations, planning applications & party wall agreements etc) in conjunction with our architect. Not only did he come across as very knowledgeable but the quote was highly competitive. The build itself went very smoothly and the site manager was always available, coming on site most days to ensure progress was taking place as planned. The job was completed on time and within the agreed quote (no surprise extras) and the team were happy to bolt on additional work we discussed together along the way. We are so happy with the standard and quality of work. The team on site were exceptionally reliable, hardworking, diligent, considerate, tidy and trustworthy (they even fed our cat whilst we were away!). We would not hesitate to use Tailored Lofts again in the future and would fully recommend them.

From our initial contact to the end of our building project Donnatus, Arvydas and his team were prompt and proffessional. We went with this firm because their quote was very clear,concise and reasonable. The project included a 6 meter extension, garage conversion and loft roof refurbishment.They team put in long hours working efficiently managing any difficulties they met were tidy and respectful.The overall finish including decorating was completed to a very high standard with no loose ends.All the team were trustworthy and very security aware always locking up carefully at the end of the day. Both Donnatus and his foreman Arvydas were available and helpful throughout the project. We are very happy to recommend them to others.
