Last year (2022) SPB built me a kitchen extension with bi-fold doors and I am very pleased with the result. The plans, already submitted by an independent surveyor, were somewhat bare but SPB helped me through the detail and showed me the impact of any changes on the schedule and the costings, as well as inviting me to the Building Inspector’s on-site visits. At the time there were issues nationwide with shortage of labour and disrupted supply chains but I never heard too much complaint from Steve, the project manager, who must have been doing a lot of work behind the scenes to keep things moving. His team were diligent, polite and tidy, and like all good professionals, happy to discuss their work.
