They understood our requirements well, were clear on the scope of the build and the fixed price quote was delivered to. Sophia Mahon5 StarSo happy with our loft, such great quality workmanship. Sales team was amazing to work with & the whole team helped to create the perfect extra space we so needed within our home. The quote was higher than some others that we got in to price but the end result was definitely worth it. They also offer a 10 year warranty! Stuart Eaton5 StarSMA completed our loft in September 2022. The standard of work was exceptional and all of the staff/trades were warm, friendly and brilliant at their craft.
We had to wait quite some time for the build to begin from placing our deposit, but the wait was worth it and the right thing to do given the size of our investment. We wanted to make sure we were working with the best, and SMA truly were.
Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
