We undertook a very big residential rebuild in 2021 for which we needed a builder and company who we could trust to deliver a project of this size. Having seen Skyros around the Pinner area we decided to get in touch with them to discuss our project. From the outset, we were encouraged by Navi and his approach to his work and the quality and satisfaction of prior projects and clients. We soon onboarded Navi and team and from that moment onwards we have been very grateful we made the right decision. The project we undertook was huge. It included a ground floor and 1st floor reconstruction and extension as well as a loft room development. We also included a new garden and driveway to complete our home. To illustrate the full extent of the project, it would have taken a minimum of 1 year and we only had 1 wall of the original house left by the time the house was to be completed. Navi outlined his approach and the steps he will undertake to get us to our dream home and we were delighted that he had a structured and methodical approach with a plan broken down by timeframe. Navi also outlined what he needed from us as clients and how in a collaborative manner we can avoid delays and pitfalls which usually occur with large renovation projects. Navi with his expertise on the construction side employed his team from January 2022 and they started working with high speed and quality. Both me and my wife were impressed at the cleanliness he maintained the site which showed a builder very much in control of his work. Navi also provided invaluable advice on any internal decisions we struggled with and with his ever reliable foreman Aman they both worked diligently to produce our dream home. Navi also ensured he takes full responsibility for all the contractors on the site and the finishing from the various painters, tilers and carpenters did full justice to the house we wanted. Overall, we can say without hesitation that employing Skyros was the best decision we could have made. We wholeheartedly recommend them for any building project, especially those projects which are large and long term in nature. They are very much a great team of people which is even more important when you are working with people over a period of time. In an industry where it is hard to trust to certain contractors, Skyros are very much outlier. Thank you Navi and team, we will always be very grateful.
