Elizabeth Prince5 StarWe had just moved into a new home which required more work than anticipated to modernize. Raj and his team were more than up to the task. They remodelled the lounge by merging the two reception rooms into one. This involved taking the space back to brick work to install supporting joists as needed. R2S converted our disused garage into a studio and a utility room. The flooring in the adjoining porch area was spruced up to match the new laminate flooring installed in the garage studio space. The flooring throughout the downstairs section of our house was replaced with large floor tiles. On top of this, the team installed a concrete base in preparation for a brand new garden studio. All the doors in the house were replaced.
The renovation included plastering and rewiring of all the associated electrical work. Raj was able to single handily execute the first and second fix of the renovations with great efficiency, reliable speed and skill.
Two bathrooms and a boiler were replaced, with the old boiler decommissioned.
Most tradesman focus on one speciality leaving you overwhelmed with considering and accessing all the other key elements. We found that Raj was able to project manage the entire rebuild with real interpersonal and technical finesse. There was minimal fuss. He was resourceful, providing materials which took the stress away from a very demanding process. He always contributed great creative and practical ideas. R2S really are naturals at safely transforming houses into beautiful homes and working in respectful partnership with their clients. They always communicated with us and delivered results from a position of genuine care,dedication and humility.
Raj connected us to appropriate tradesmen in a timely and earnest manner. We were impressed with the strong work ethic and zeal across the team as well as their multidisciplinary skillset. What these men were able to achieve in a short space of time has been beyond what words can capture.
We have honestly found it hard to keep quiet about the diamonds we have discovered amongst Raj and his team! They were always conscientious in their interactions with our family home and patient and flexible when our plans kept expanding.
