I have had the pleasure of living in two lofts built by Premier Lofts in my life. The first one was a loft my parents did in the early 90s shortly after l the founder, Malcolm, started the company. This year (2023) I used them for my own - I can only say that the quality, attention to detail and client-centricity has only gotten better and stronger in those 30 years. If you are thinking of doing any building project look no further than using Premier Lofts

Malcolm & his teams of skilled staff did brilliant work on the loft conversion. The project management was run like clockwork, with multiple teams working on site, but everyone knew what they were doing, and the main build was done in a matter of weeks and to a high standard. Good communication with foreman and front office, and they even sorted out the niggles months after completion of the project. In total a bit costlier than some other builders, but worth it. If you are looking for an experienced team that do excellent work, and a responsive and hassle-free experience, I would definitely recommend Premier Lofts.

Just wanted to say thank you to Malcolm & his fantastic staff for the amazing job they did in our new loft. From our first meeting to the completion of the work the whole experience was trouble free & a pleasure to be working with such professionals. I would highly recommend Premier Lofts & will be calling on their services again for our ground floor extension.

A rare case of a builder who does his work really well • Good general builders: The Premier Lofts team did a high-quality job. They undertook more preparatory works than we expected—for example, sealing the top floor from the rest of the house—which enabled us to live in the house when the roof was off, and outside temperatures were below zero degrees Celsius. The joinery and insulation was solid and the outside tiling very neat. • Project management: Many projects go wrong because they do not have the correct oversight and demarcation. This was not the case with our project. Premier had a project foreman, supervisor and were available 24x7 to solve any queries and make sure the project ran efficiently. • Skilled trades for subcontractors: The trades used (scaffolders, skip-hire, plasterer, plumbing, electrician, flat roofer, building control) were also good and did their work well. As was the draftsman and structural engineer used at the outset of the project. • Recommending tradesmen for the fit-out: Premier recommended professional and experienced people to do all these things to put the finishing touches to our project. And who charged a reasonable price and were able to start quickly. • Short snagging list dealt with quickly: From experience, I know that it is not unusual for a project to have many remedial items at the end. I was therefore surprised that there were only three items that needed extra work. And Premier addressed those promptly, to the extent they sent a plasterer around on a Sunday morning to fix them. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I selected Premier Lofts after meeting with a number of other loft conversion companies back in early 2015. I'm very glad I went with Malcolm and his team as the work went so smoothly and to plan and the result is amazing. A very professional company all round and a pleasure to deal with.
