We at Cradl Eco Homes Ltd build low-carbon dwellings. Adu and the team were a great fit and are currently carrying out work to a high standard on one of our properties. It's a barn conversion that, once complete we anticipate achieving Passivhaus EnerPHit (the Passivhaus retrofit criteria). This is the gold standard for building refurbishment - head and shoulders above UK building regulations criteria. Easy to work with, Professional, highly recommended outfit.

Adu is a joy to work with. He executed a complete renovation of my flat, including extensive demolition, new electricals and plumbing, new heating, new flooring and tiling, and custom joinery. He has the attention to detail and perfectionism that you absolutely need when renovating your own space. I always found Adu to be understanding and responsive to my requests, and he coordinated well with my architect and kitchen company. During the snagging phase he went above and beyond to ensure all the niggles were ironed out. The project did go over-time, but my building is old and strange, and we had plenty of unexpected surprises. I was satisfied that Adu was finding solutions and keeping his crew productive. I've recommended Adu to a couple friends already. He's one of the rare good ones.

In 2023, Adu and his team at oxus construction worked on our property to remove a structural wall, update the electrics, replumbed, redecorated and converted a damp disused space into a watertight large storage room. Adu is very communicative, managed any issues very efficiently and brought a welcome calm to what could have been a stressful project for us. The team are friendly, hard working and we're delighted with the end result. We would definitely work with oxus construction again, and highly recommend to anyone else
