N-Vico team did a great plastering job to the whole house, under floor heating and floor tiling. Many, many thanks Marius is incredibly pleasant to deal with and very helpful. He is extremely professional and quotes and discussions before, during and after the project reflect this. He employs/contracts with a wide range of tradesmen and can cater for the full undertaking of an extension, remodelling and refurb project. The quality of the work and finish is excellent. Marius meets with the customer at regular intervals during the project to explain what is happening and how things are being done. I would certainly work with Marius and n-Vico again on future projects. N-Vico supplied and fitted a complete kitchen for us including cupboards, tiles, flooring, decorating and ceiling renewal. They provided all the materials I am very happy with the work that he did. Their work was really professional and we were happy with the quote that they gave us. They were quite quick with the job - no delays. I am really happy and will recommend them. The kitchen looks lovely and he gave us some suggestions on colours etc. - that was brilliant and it helped us a lot - we were happy with their suggestions. Building projects can be quite a stressful, but now that the project is complete, we are grateful we went with Marius and his N-Vico team, he's helped navigate the whole project smoothly and we've ended up with an excellent result. From the start, Marius offered us sound advice and was one of the few builders to provide us with a detailed, itemised quote. Marius team consists of excellent builders, who work fast, neatly and are very polite. Marius also uses specialists that he has vetted over the years and we had a great experience with all of them, covering all manner of areas: flooring, plumbing, electrician and painting. The communication with Marius was excellent, I'm probably typical of a first time building client and had endless questions for Marius, who showed a lot of patience in explaining things well. In terms of budget, Marius was more or less in line with his original budget, most of the deviations were initiated by my own changes, so I have no complaints on that front. We've already referred N-Vico onto other friends, who I'm sure will have an equally good experience with Marius and his team. Highly skilled team and very happy with the result. Scope changed and unforeseen challenges occurred in the build but Marius and team worked through them well. Very respectful of the fact we were living in the house whilst the work was being done. Site was kept clean and tidy. I would recommend them and use again myself.
