We were lucky enough to be recommended My Extension Ltd by chance through a colleague and we couldn’t have chosen a better company to work with for our project. Our project was a full renovation gut job, and our first time undertaking a project of this nature so after hearing lots of horror stories from friends with other contractors we could not have been happier with the experience we had working with Gosia, Natalia & the team from start to finish. The communication was extraordinary, the team were friendly, professional and tried to give as many cost efficient options as possible when our old Victorian property threw up some challenges. We felt we could trust the team each step of the way to create our dream home. Gosia & Natalia had plenty of great recommendations for suppliers and nothing was ever too much for the team. We were also amazed that our build was finished within the time frame of 4 months we were advised at the start of the project- this is all Thanks to Stan and the team working incredibly hard to create our dream home. We can not recommend My Extension Ltd more and have already confidently passed on their details to some friends, we would also use them again for any future works. Thank you Gosia, Natalia & Stan !

I would thoroughly recommend My Extension. Inviting builders into your home is usually a daunting experience. Gosia and the team manage and deliver the project exceptionally. From the communications, managing all of the various trades, the builders themselves ( a big shout out to both Piotr and Pavel who were faultless throughout ), keeping the work areas contained and minimising the impact on the rest of the house, clear and transparent estimates and invoicing and finally the clear up. If you are looking for builders that strike the fine balance between cost and delivering quality in a timely manner than these are your people. We have used them for a side kitchen extension and a full rebuild of a loft dormer with on-suite. I now know of a reliable builder who I can trust and use repeatedly.

I can't recommend My Extension enough! The team pretty much guided us through our whole build and provided a 5-star service all the way! The initial proposal for doing the work was clear, straight-forward and easy to understand and I found myself using this as the baseline to compare the other quotes received. It was apparent that My Extension Ltd was the most comprehensive and accurate to what we had talked through at the initial meeting, showing Gosia had picked up a really good understanding of what we wanted to achieve. This gave me confidence to go with their quote, and I'm so happy that I did! It all came in within the quote which was even better. I just paid all additionally agreed costs for tiles, sinks, showers etc. The team that did the build were led by Pawel. Such a lovely human being who worked so hard to make sure everything was right. He was brilliant at suggesting changes, working with the designs, putting up with our worries, indecisiveness and changes to ideas, and by the end giving us the most beautiful space we could ever have imagined having. It took a little longer than expected to finish the wrap-around kitchen and loft extension, so all in, it was quite a journey, but Pawel guided us through this with calmness, kindness and humour so, despite a few anxieties here and there, it was a very positive experience. In terms of commitment to work and quality of workmanship, I was impressed. The team was here daily from 8am sharp, until 5pm. With a break at lunch, they worked really hard all day and so progressed quickly and it was exciting to see it all coming together. The plumber, tiler, plasterers and other members of the team were all highly skilled in their trades, and likewise took time to make sure we were happy! We've a bit to do before we're completely finished, but really pleased everyone understood what we want to do and have got us through the most difficult bit without any major scars (just a few broken toes!). Building an extension is a big decision- you hear all sorts of horror stories. If you're going to take down the back wall of your house, you want to know the builders won't walk away in the middle of the job. Our experience with MyExtension took all the stress and worry out of the project. From the very first meeting, they understood what we needed - and gave us confidence to move forward. I cannot speak too highly of the builders- their commitment and craftsmanship were first class. The customer service team were responsive and creative in terms of problem solving. I would recommend MyExtension without any hesitation. We are thrilled with our new kitchen- and beyond grateful to MyExtension for making it happen.

I've had a wonderful experience with Gosia, Greg & their extended team who took on my renovation project in South East London. They were recommended to me by a friend and they didn't disappoint! They did a fantastic job in my flat, it was my first renovation and the finish exceeded my expectations. Great communication, nothing was done without my approval, the whole team involved was great to work with. I'm their customer for life and would recommend them to everyone looking to improve their home!
