Will they finish the job? Milad and his team can be trusted. I project managed a loft conversion and extension in a property requiring absolutely everything doing. New kitchen, bathrooms, rewire, central heating, underfloor heating, fitted wardrobes, re plastering, and decoration throughout as well as a substantial extension, new raised patio and a garden room. The quality of the work was excellent. Key to that success was the outstanding communication from Milad. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services. This builder has gained my absolute trust. Yui Fan Law5 StarMSloft is fast and responsive, we had a hip to dormer loft conversion done in 8 weeks as promised. The external part of the roof was completely in just over one week with tiling and roof windows which was very respectable.
The tradesmen cleaned up daily and subcontractors are polite, Milad carefully followed up snags and clean up without hassle, no complaints from the neighbours either. All in all a positive experience.Thursday 9th June 2022
