We would like to say thank you to Martin for all his help. We did not know where to start. Martin just made the whole prosses seem so easy. He always responded to our calls and emails and dealt with our design and gave us good advice. He is very knowledgeable and had some amazing His Son Jess done the building works, his attention to detail is first class. Martin called on site regular, as a team the job went smooth with no problems. We are very happy with the finished job, and would not hesitate to recommend Martin

Martin did the plans for our side extension to house a downstairs shower room and office at the start of the year and was fantastic. After telling him what we wanted to he was quick to make alternative suggestions as about how we could achieve this and make the best use of the space. He was approachable and always willing to answer questions and happy to amend the drawings until. He made sure that we were completely happy with final design before submitting the drawings for planning permission. Although we didn't end up using his services for the build itself I highly recommend Martin Ballard.

Martin did an excellent job in completing the plans for our front and back extension and submitting the application. There was a number of changes required during the approval process and Martin was always on hand to make the changes. The extension application got approved. Martin is very thorough and always on hand to help throughout the application process.

Great service and quick turn around times. Martin was responsive through out the the design process and helped us with numerous redesigns to get to the final plan. Very experienced working with the council which has meant a smooth and quick approval process.
