I recently had Rana and his team work on a home renovation, including a loft conversion project, and I am compelled to share my exceptional experience with his outstanding construction company. I had work done by Lux Lofts in 2019, and their aftercare service has been wonderful. The team is responsive and attentive, ensuring everything continues to meet my expectations long after the project was completed. Lux's attention to detail was excellent, as the attached pictures show that they always kept the site clean and protected the floor to prevent damage or dirt. Additionally, the pictures demonstrate that the finishing was of a good standard. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional.

We used Lux Lofts for a ground floor garage conversion and extension in 2021. We were really pleased with the end result, photos attached. The team are reliable, hardworking and we enjoyed working with Rana to finalise the building project. Any issues which came up during the build were discussed openly and Rana always worked collaboratively with us to find solutions. Rana and his team kept us updated on progress, were respectful and professional when dealing with neighbours and kept the building site tidy as depicted in the photos. I have called Rana on numerous occasions following completion of the build and the aftercare has been brilliant for any problems which have presented themselves later on. In addition, Rana and his team have been willing to assist with any problems around the house which were unrelated to his work in 2021, for example, adding additional insulation for an outside pipe and helping to resolve an internal leak from the main bathroom into our kitchen. Rana has always been generous with his time, open and transparent, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lux Lofts.

Rana and team did an excellent job with a bathroom refit, extension remodel (removing partition, preparing for bi-fold, replacing roof and installing lanterns, kitchen fitting) and garage conversion. Rana is solutions-focussed and really helps solve issues that come up on site quickly and without fuss. When there have been emergency situations he/the team prioritised to resolve and minimise any further issues. His team worked quickly over winter to get the job done, and were thorough in taking snagging items through to completion towards the end of the project. He has also been on hand for aftercare items that we identified so we feel we still have the support that we need. Thank you Rana & team, we absolutely love our remodel!
