The team at lofts 365 did a fabulous job with our loft conversion! The work is of good quality and with a very good finish. Plastering is beautiful! :) Work was meticulously organised and managed and we were really happy with the care they took and their attention to the details. The team were polite and considerate and kept a clean work space. As well as the three owners of the company being around regularly every week we also got a written update of what was done, what was going to happen next and what we needed to do from our side which we found really helpful. We were also able to feel confident that things were being done well whilst we were on holiday during part of the work. We did initially feel quite nervous with previous experience with another builder at our old house but the whole experience was a world of difference. We also were able to speak with other customers and visited one of the projects before we made our decision rather than just given brochures and pictures. They did a first class job from the start of the work until they finished and actually also right to the end of the work where we have found builders lose interest in wrapping things up. In summary they are highly professional with a service far ahead of a standard builder. We are so pleased with the result and could not recommend this company highly enough and we are happy to leave a nice review!!

We are very happy with the loft conversion carried out by Lofts 365 (Klod, Meri, Rob and their team). Everything was carried out as agreed. During the construction they made a number of suggestions that were an improvement on the initial plan. They were also extremely helpful with the purchases of the items for the kitchen and bathroom. The loft was finished to a very high standard. We would highly recommend this company.

Everything done in our loft conversion was incredibly well and tightly managed by Klod, Meri and Rob. They worked closely with us during the project work and we are nothing short of delighted with smooth running of things and the quality of the finished project. Work was completed on time as their project plan. They were friendly and approachable and very efficient and helpful. Everything was made as simple and stress free as possible for us. Also there were nice touches helping us with recommendations and choosing finishes. Meri and the chaps who worked at the house were courteous and respectful and as quiet as was possible. They managed a very tidy work site. They also helped work around things for us at some times when I was working from home. We cannot speak highly enough about the team and their work. Thank you.

Excellent company, would highly recommend. Work was started on schedule and was completed in almost exactly the time Klod and Miri predicted. No hidden costs – the estimate they gave us at the beginning was 100% accurate, and when we asked them to do some additional roof and chimney work in the middle of the construction, they did it very quickly and for a reasonable fee. Whenever we'd get in contact with them to report some problem (and there are always problems), they'd respond quickly and usually the issue would be sorted by next day. Workmen were polite and helpful and always cleaned up after themselves. Klod was also very helpful when dealing with building control and with the neighbours. By the time they were done, we had a solidly built, high quality L-shaped loft conversion which we've moved into and have been very happy with. They did such a good job that when we needed to get an extension built, we asked them to do that too, and it went just as well as the loft did!

An excellent company run by committed professionals. They completed a high quality, creative loft extension on budget and in time. The owners of the company were on site throughout and they (and everyone working for them) were polite, tidy and respectful of our home. Happy to share further info with prospective clients.
