Dan Horrocks5 StarMy wife and I heard about Richard from a close friend, they rightly sang his praises for his professionalism and efficiency.
On that recommendation we instructed him to remove a chimney breast and plaster in the kitchen, in the bedroom he built a made-to-measure fitted wardrobe and painted the bedroom too. In addition he also demolished a study wall and had a beautiful spindle handrail in it's place.
If Lofts over London is a contender you will not regret going with them at all.Monday 16th August 2021
Robert C5 StarI needed a new pod room in a short period of time (the babies were on the way!) I interviewed several different builders most of whom told me I was kidding myself. Richard Openshaw accepted the job and confidently took on the entire process with the unavoidable time constraints. The finished product is fantastic. We took his advice along the way on some additions and some things to leave out. I found him straightforward and very knowledgeable.
Building works always comes with inconveniences. Richard's team did all they could to minimize the disruption to my family and the neighbors. We got to know the men pretty well. I will have them back to do any and all work in the future.Friday 4th April 2014
Rory Curran5 StarLofts over London carried out a refurbishment of our two bedroom house in Fulham. We are very pleased with the standard and quality of work which came in on budget. Richard always took time to understand what we wanted to make sure the job met expectations. Would recommend highly.Sunday 27th April 2014
Daisy Chain1 Starslippery smooth talker who wont remove scaffolding - avoid - BUT, on reflection they gave us a super space and did better than any other company at getting the most space in the loft - we just argued about costs and the length of time they left the scaffolding up. Amically settled in the end.Sunday 2nd February 2020
