We had a ground floor rear extension completed by JSR Conversions just before Xmas and are very happy with the work completed which was completed on time. Wayne, Scott, Chris and others who worked on our project were hard working and knowledgeable and always ensured the building site was tidy. Steve was always at the end of the phone and knew exactly what what was going on with the project when we needed to discuss something. JSR also helped to resolved issues outside of their control. We would be happy to recommend JSR Conversions and if we needed any other building projects would use them again.

Run by two brothers: Steve and Wayne. Both nice but the company's got serious problems. They've had a high turnover of staff with men leaving and setting up their own company; and they take on too many projects at any one time. During the project at our house in Surrey my husband and i found that there was no one overseeing the works, or project managing. Steve just does the business management, and Wayne likes to stick to his own carpentry work but there's no one making sure it all comes together. You just get a series of random tradesmen coming and going who don't know what they're doing - very stressful for a working mother I can tell you. We had quite a few things go wrong, things not built to the specification or design we had agreed. It also took 10 weeks longer to complete the works than agreed in the contract. As I said both nice men but the company is not properly run.

JSR built us a loft conversion with a partial side extension last year. It took longer than expected but the finished work is great. The new room is flooded with sunlight and it has added a whole new dimension to our home. Of the guys that worked here, Dave Somerset was a gem - friendly, helpful and hard-working. A rather complicated project involving a complete re-build of the awful loft conversion that we inherited from previous owners . Despite all difficulties and delays caused by the pandemic , the work has been done to a very high standard . All arising issues were promptly resolved and all workers were professional and polite . Very pleased.
