We just want to pass on some feedback for the excellent service and assistance received from Geros Building Contractor, with completing our loft conversion and extension.
Many thanks to Dan, who always went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met with great customer service. He is very reliable and was always available to take our calls and write back to emails no matter what time it was. Always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Big thank you to the boys, Nicu and Dan, so polite and hardworking! And also thank you for keeping such a tidy job site and making us feel safe by always wearing masks every time we met.
Dan’s knowledge on how to make the most of the space you have available is great! From the first steps of the project, Dan came up with various options and took us through the process, very knowledgeable,communication was never a problem, he understood what we wanted and has made us feel very comfortable.Also really impressed with his constant follow ups for us with his own team internally to get things done in time.
Thank you for transforming our home!

Adelaide A5 StarIt is amazing how I discovered Dan (Geros)out of the hundreds of the contractors in the Ashford/Staines area.Initially,I had about 5 contractors to choose from for a loft conversion and home refurbishment .I went straight for Dan when their photos popped up. 1.because he was very good looking 😅😅😅2.Appeared professional 3. Very confident.
The testimonial was very impressive! but hey how do you know that you are truly choosing the best contractor for your building project? I followed my guts and gave Dan a call. He answered straight away and came to see me the same day ahead of time. He was very informative and was willing to apply for the planning permission on my behalf. Although this was a long process, it didn't put him off. I could go on and on.
We were amazed when they started the project.The team was very professional and their work was outstanding!!! Their work ethics is second to none. I felt valued as my interest was always placed first. They blew us away with the transformation of our house. They surely gave us the hotel experience.There is no need for a holiday 😁😍😍😍. The team are extremely hard working, reliable and work to a high standard. Dan is excellent at replying to messages promptly and kept us informed at all stages along the way. They are extremely professional, timely, communicate brilliantly and managed us fantastically through out the 3 months of the works.
Dan is great at keeping relationships with our neighbours, is great at explaining the options, doesn’t hesitate to say no when we ask for impossible things and in general is a true professional.
I would highly recommend Geros, I absolutely am in love with my home and so has every visitor to our home.

Eric Boomla5 StarWe were referred to ‘Geros Building Contractor Ltd’ by one of our neighbours on the same street, and in our view the biggest and BEST decision that we made for our huge loft and ground floor extension project was to select them as our builder. From the very first communication with Dan (right from the stage of providing the quote) we could see the difference in his professional yet very friendly attitude, and quick response times.
Throughout the build project, Dan and his whole team have been wonderful- keeping us informed, accommodating our every need, and more importantly completing the whole project to a top-standard well before time (even with uncontrollable material delays, etc). I think the biggest advantage we found with Dan is that he tries as much to eliminate the stress for the homeowners (including positive and helpful communication with our neighbours from his side, and keeping them updated). This was visible right from the very start where he advised us everything beforehand, and provided regular updates and good amount of notice when we needed to select and finalise things like the kitchen and bathroom design and equipment, flooring etc.
Dan is also great at providing various ideas – and we implemented quite a few of them for our project. All in all we have been extremely satisfied, and would definitely recommend Dan and his team. If I can say one thing – Dan made the whole build process quite FUN for us, and we enjoyed every bit of interaction with him going through the process. At the end of it we came out with a fantastic top quality home that we had only dreamt about, completed and delivered well before Christmas as originally promised!
