He has just completed a Victorian side return extension for me in only 8 weeks, at least 1 month ahead of schedule. All his recommended subcontractors have upheld his standards and pricing.

Choosing the right builder is the most important decision you make whilst undergoing any sort of work on your house. I have worked with Edy on four projects now and I can say hand on heart his work is excellent and his rates are very affordable. Edy and his team can basically do everything, we have done large structural jobs opening up ground floor walls, constructing conservatories, building three kitchens, (he is an excellent carpenter) plastering and decorating. His pricing is always clear, accurate and affordable. Its been great working with him over the years and he has a big network of electricians and plumbers that means he and project manage any type of build. Edy is a all rounder with years of experience and completely upfront and honest about the way he charges. Quality, trust, efficiency, affordability. The list could go on and on. We were very lucky to find Edy back in 2012 to initially do some plastering work on our house renovations. We quickly discovered he was a master tradesman and we have continued to work with him for the past six years. Edy and his team completely transformed the top floor of our Victorian terrace house. From demolition right through to finished product. The work included: chimney breast removal, structural walls, plaster board and plastering, tiling, bathroom renovations, painting. I have attached some photos of the work, before and after.

EdyBuilding completed bathroom works for us in Harringay back in 2012 and it still looks fantastic! He is diligent, hard working and competant. He stuck to his quote, which was very reasonable, and completed on time and within budget. Edy and his team totally renovated our basement flat and our kitchen diner - inserting a steel beam, doing the electrics, plastering, damp proofing, tiling, flooring, decorating, bathroom and kitchen. He delivered a great product on time and on budget. He was always helpful and guided us through all the many decisions that have to be made. We asked him back to remove another chimney breast and do some bespoke cabinetry which he did brilliantly from my basic sketch.
