Marian and his team undertook a 12 week project at our house in Twickenham, creating an amazing kitchen and bespoke larder, it included significant structural work, as well a spectacular splash back window. Also they turned an unloved coat cupboard into a bijou under stairs cloakroom. Other works included new garden patio, paving, windows and bifold doors. Marian provided a very detailed quote which was competitive. He dealt with amendments efficiently and fairly. His quality of work from him and his team were exemplary. They were very respectful to us and our cats as we were living in the house during the build. We would highly recommend Dream Building.

Marian and his team have recently completed my side extension, including putting in a new kitchen, redoing the garden and creating new wardrobes. The outcome has exceeded my expectations. The quality of work and attention to detail is something everyone has admired through out the building works. My neighbours have consistently commented about the level of professionalism and friendliness of the team. They leave things clean and tidy everyday, if rubble is dropped in the road, they sweep it up. Working with Marian has been an absolute pleasure, his transparency has allowed me to manage the budget well and he has given fantastic advice along the way. His love and mastery for his work shines through everything he does. Thank you, I love my refurbed home!

Marian is a really kind guy. A great problem solver, he can turn his skills in many directions. This time for us he and his team sorted 3 leaking roofs (which others had tried unsuccessfully to repair before) added sound proofing and decorated, fitted new guttering and ingeniously designed and fitted a water butt /irrigation system in the garden. He is our go to builder, a master of all.

Marian and his team have now done several jobs for me - from carpenter jobs such as built-in wardrobe to completely building a Victorian front garden (new concrete base, tiles, fence, hedge etc). All of them excellent results. Several good things to say about him and his team; (1) keep promises. (2) want to ensure excellent results, if one element is not good enough – they redo it (3) listens to the client and give suggestions based on experience. (4) also, my wife loves how clean they leave the work area each day.
