We had a very positive experience with Bhakta Builders (management and on-site builders) from the initial consultation through to the snagging at the end of the job. Our job lasted around one year and we found Bhakta very easy to work with and also very responsive to our calls, emails and texts. We found them to be honest and direct about costs and options so no hidden surprises at the end of the job. The project was a large and consisted of : Single story rear extension Garage conversion New plumbing New electrics Underfloor heating Installation of parquet floor External ground works (very deep, 3m) Kitchen fitting Bathroom fitting Painting and decorating All fittings and fixtures Carpentry Internal bi-fold door fitting Fence posts and fencing Patio The quality of the workmanship was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome, it's not cheap but the work is of a high standard and carried out in accordance with the relevant building regulations. We would recommend Bhakta Builders, and are happy with what they have done for us so far. We would not hesitate to contact them again for future work. Thank you Bhatka :-)

Bhakta did a brilliant job on our bathrooms. They showed excellent attention to detail and consulted with us on all the minor things that I wouldn’t have thought to consider but they wanted to get right. They were also committed to seeing the job through to completion, including snagging, to deliver a perfect finish.

THE VERY BEST - high standards, reliable, completed project on time - genuinely good people We fully renovated our flat in Kensington from October 21' to February 22'. Bhakta did an spectacular job, in an incredibly tight timeframe of only 5 months. Both Vlad and George were extremely dedicated, and we really weren't the easiest clients. Our flat is on the 3rd floor of the building, we were particularly picky about all finishes and we often changed our minds throughout the project about all sorts of elements (e.g. layout of the bathroom) - a nightmare for any project manager. The Bhakta team managed to not only accommodate it all, do an incredible job and finish it on time but they also gave us so many thoughtful inputs and helped us make all the right decisions when we were confronted with surprises (typical London Victorian building). Our family is so grateful for the dream home they helped us build and for all the hard work, attention to detail, and good vibes that they brought to the project. They are our forever go-to builders in London! --- The project included: full renovation of the kitchen (cupboards installation included) and bathroom, painting and decoration of the whole flat, removal + installation + levelling of the entire floor of the flat, wall tanking, removal of a wall, installation of wardrobes and storage, changing of all pipes, full rewiring of the flat, full lighting project, changing of all doors and doorframes, relocation of doors, and more.

George and his team work hard for you. He works hard for his people as well and it shows in the work that they do. The company cares about more than just getting the work done, but rather in how the work is done. Things did not always go according to plan but a quick, open, chat with George would resolve the matter quickly. They are not afraid to admit a mistake and to resolve it. More than that, they often go above and beyond what was asked. For example, they installed a bath under our shower free of charge as a present to our new baby. The only real negative was that the cost of the materials wasn't clear at the start and it was more than I had anticipated. If you can define this up front so you can have a full picture and you're happy with the price then you should hire them. I have had a few builders on various houses over the years and George and his team have definitely been a greate builder. When people ask you "can you recommend a good builder?", I can confidently say "Yes, Bhakta Builders, talk to George."

George, Vlad and the team from Bhakta Builders were brilliant when we were renovating our Victorian London home. They always gave great advice, and the work they completed was to a high standard and to the agreed budget set at the beginning. There were ongoing communications with them throughout the works, always letting us know where they had got to that day, along with photos. You can tell they are genuinely proud of the work they do and I would use them again. On top of this, they were always willing to give experienced advice when we had any DIY questions - even a month after they had completed their work. Highly recommended.
