Pat did our loft over 10 years ago and we were delighted with his team' s efficiency and professionalism. He finished within the time frame and budget set out at the start. The loft still looks great. I recently got in touch with Pat to discuss a small leak that we thought COULD be related to a flat roof on the loft. He came to assess the situation straight away and helped us to resolve it very quickly, even though the issue turned out to not be directly related to the loft. So helpful! If you're thinking of a loft conversion - Pat is the man!

Pat and his team have extended the loft into an L-shaped dormer and created two bedrooms and a bathroom. Pat is direct and gets the job done. I am very surprised that the work was done on time within 9 weeks with no hidden costs. I am extremely happy with the work done and would definitely recommend!

We are very pleased with the loft conversion that Pat built for us. The work was done in good time. Pat has a very efficient system for coordinating the work. He has been easy to contact via WhatsApp and is very responsive. Both his team and his recommended sub-contractors carried out the work to a high standard. Very happy with my experience with Pat and his team. Pat was very responsive, straight talking and easy to deal with, which made the whole process a lot easier. Pat completed a loft conversion for us between Jan and March 2023. We are delighted with the end result. The whole process was seamless with excellent communication throughout. The job was delivered on time, to budget and with minimal disruption to the rest of the house. Would highly recommend.
