robert kirwan5 StarWords cannot describe the level of outstanding craftsmanship we have experienced from Loren, Aldo and the team from AL Property Development Service. We had a loft conversion of two bedrooms and a bathroom completely built and fully decorated in five weeks. Loren attention to detail is absolutely unbelievable and he remembers the smallest of details and implements them immediately. It has been an absolute pleasure to have the privilege of witnessing these men work and I would highly recommend them for any building projects. From the start to the finish, contractors worked tirelessly with enthusiasm, had lots of experience, knowledgeable in their field, polite, kind, friendly, and courteous. Very professional. My Project Manager, Loren, was very helpful and invaluable. I would not hesitate to use them again. The loft space was completed just in time for the birth of my Grandson, then they moved in so no pictures. But the finished project is really truly amazing. Graham Hartley5 StarLoren ,Aldo, and their team carried out a full loft conversion on our mid terraced property.
The work was carried out to a very high standard, and nothing was too much for them. They helped re jig our design to give us the best use of the space in which they had now created for our family.
The work was completed within 6-8 weeks and was priced very competitivly.
We are so happy with the works carried out and also have gained a friend in Loren in whom I contact regularly.
The guys working were very friendly towards our children and could not do enough to keep our house clean although it was a building site.
I have already recommended them to my inlaws who also used their services to complete their loft too.
Do yourself a favor and call AL Property Delevolpment services you will not be disappointed.

Barbara Williams5 StarThe work is beautifully done very professionally and i am so pleased with my new kitchen extension. The workers started very early had very short lunch breaks and would work late if needs be.
Always polite, cleaned up after themselves.
Very approachable happily listened and was able to discuss any issues which would be taken forward and sorted.
They came across some difficulties with a part of the job which could have been covered up on their part and they chose to share it with me discussed the problem and was able to solve the issue.
The work was professionally done
I fully recommend this company very hard working polite and professional builders.
