I was really glad with the project that 30 days did for me, we have done ground and first floor extension. They were very efficient, helpful with advice and overall very happy with the finished project. My house renovations was smooth because of them and stress free. I can recommend this company going forward and if I need one in the future will for sure contact them. They were also very price competitive.

30 Day Extensions deliver the goods. As their name suggests, they finished the structural build of our side return extension in under 30 days (they actually did it in 25 days!). The speed at which they work is incredible. I had Taras as the team leader for my project and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough if you are planning on doing an extension/house remodel in central London. Taras is the type of man that finds solutions to problems and will get the project done on time and within budget. We all know that when doing a project like this unforeseen circumstances will pop up, but Taras was always on hand to find a creative solution and keep the costs down as much as possible while doing so. This was my first time doing a project on this scale and I was on a tight budget. I had planned to come in about 10% over budget for unforeseen issues and we landed bang smack on that number. I was apprehensive at first about working with 30Day extensions because their quote was so much lower than the competition but they were true to their word and the quality of work was excellent. I have friends who have done similar projects who have paid a lot more and their houses didn't look as good as mine when finished. You will have to project manage a fair amount of the build, and there is quite a lot of things that you will have to order and make sure arrives in time yourself (flooring/windows/doors/kitchen/bathroom/paint/parts etc.) - as a first time PM on a build, some of this took me by surprise, but this may be common regardless of who you work with - but Taras and his team were helpful and accommodating when I found myself stuck on some of these elements. With the second finish of the project, there were a few minor things that weren’t done to the standard I had come to expect from this company but Peter (the owner) and Taras made sure all of those issues were addressed during the snagging (included in the original quote and price of the project) and we were left with the exact end result we wanted. In conclusion – I would not hesitate to recommend 30 Day Extensions if you are about to embark on your own extension project. We recommend 30 Days to anyone looking to build an extension, particularly using Thermobrick technology. On comparing quotes, we found 30 Days to be very competitive and were intrigued by this new material used to build walls in a fraction of the time and with excellent thermal isolation. We were impressed with both things in the build. The walls did go up quickly, and the isolating properties of the foam walls are great: the walls were built in January and before the rendering was put in, the bricks didn't even feel cold inside the extension despite the cold weather outside. We're convinced this is the way all extensions should be built now! The team are all very reactive and easy to get hold of for questions and feedback, you're not left in the dark as a client which we really appreciated.

30 Day Extensions did a brilliant job for us. We were amazed at the efficiency by which they work, the hard hours put in and the overall finish of the project. They completed our work in 28 days so even better than expected and within budget. They come highly recommended.

We opted to go with 30 Day based a bit on the competitive price they gave but mainly on confidence the team gave us (in particular Taras) during the tendering process. They lived up to their word and more. There are two words that have come to define how we talk about working with the 30 Day team - Hard graft. From the first day they came on site to the last day they handed over the keys, their work ethic was immense. But not just that. The quality of the work as well as they professionalism were exceptional. Being newbies to the world of building extensions, they were very helpful in scenarios where we didn’t know what we wanted as well as being responsive when we changed our minds on other areas. Underpinning all of this was working with Sue (30 Day office co-ordination) who keep everything ticking along (bills, invoices, etc). All in all, I’d highly recommend the 30 Day team. (We’re going to get them back in when we’re ready to do our loft)
